We will be removing Cogent IP Address space advertisement during this maintenance. All routing to Cogent IP Address on all servers will cease to work after this maintenance.

As most customers have been migrated this should have no impact on services.

Update - Apologies for the confusion, this maintenance will begin in about 13 hours at 11PM pacific time. Not 11AM pacific time as originally scheduled on status page.

Scheduled - We will be upgrading ZSwitch FreeSwitch servers to the latest 5.3 version to fix an issue with stuck calls. This has already been rolled out to EWR. Each FreeSwitch server will be paused and calls allowed to drain before the restart so there will be no impact from this.

Update - We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.

Monitoring - We have identified that we were receiving alerts from two of our apps servers having issues connecting to each other. We've restarted Kazoo Apps on both servers. We've received confirmation from some customers that this is resolved, we've received no new reports, and we've been unable to replicate since the restarts. We're monitoring to ensure this is resolved.
