This is a rescheduling of the previous weekends maintenance. We will be performing a scheduled maintenance with one of our ISPs in the us-west datacenter as part of our ongoing work to improve our network.

During this time access to the us-west zone will be lost. If you are using proper NAPTR/SRV records for your devices you will experience no downtime. If you are using hardcoded IPs, please update those devices or you will experience downtime in the us-west zone during this maintenance.

Completed - This maintenance is complete. Unfortunately, the net result was rolling back all changes done this weekend. We will reschedule the router upgrade for a future date.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - The router maintenance performed last night was done to install new routing equipment in our SJC datacenter. All tests passed post-maintenance last night.

Unfortunately, this morning, we saw some signs of network drops after the maintenance was complete. We will be investigating these drops this evening. The testing we'll be performing will be invasive and may cause network flapping.

We will attempt to perform this work as late in the evening as possible but with enough padding prior to most businesses opening Monday morning. Once again, devices configured for failover should failover to alternate zones automatically.

Resolved - This issue appears to be resolved.

The maintenance this evening should provide a permanent fix for the root issue.
