The router maintenance performed last night was done to install new routing equipment in our SJC datacenter. All tests passed post-maintenance last night.
Unfortunately, this morning, we saw some signs of network drops after the maintenance was complete. We will be investigating these drops this evening. The testing we'll be performing will be invasive and may cause network flapping.
We will attempt to perform this work as late in the evening as possible but with enough padding prior to most businesses opening Monday morning. Once again, devices configured for failover should failover to alternate zones automatically.
