We are currently working on restoring Cluster Manager. As part of this work, the IP addresses associated with Cluster Manager will be changing.
Customers with firewall rules or IP allowlists may need to update their configurations. We will provide the new IP addresses once they are available.
We will continue to provide updates as work progresses.

Identified
Out of an abundance of caution due to ongoing external factors, we have temporarily disabled the Provisioner while our team puts an update in place. During this time, customer access to the Support Portal is also unavailable. All other services continue to operate normally.
While the portals are unavailable, you can still reach our Support team: Email: Send your request to support@2600hz.com and a ticket will be opened for you. Phone: For urgent issues, our support line is accepting inbound calls as usual at 415-886-7950.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will post an update here as soon as access is restored. Thank you for your patience.
