Please be advised that we have scheduled an operating system security update for our Private Cloud servers in US Central (ORD). During the maintenance window, the servers will be rebooted to apply it.
Maintenance Details:
- Service Impact: Each server will be offline for a few minutes while it reboots. Only US East will be rebooted during this maintenance, so your servers in the other zones will keep handling the traffic. Calls in progress on a server being rebooted may drop. Impact should be minor as long as devices are configured to use NAPTR/SRV records.
