2600Hz will be performing a power maintenance in our US-East datacenter to perform a power upgrade on one of our server racks. This rack holds some our private cloud servers and some core network equipment.
Impact on Services: For private cloud customers, please expect power to be off for your private cloud servers in our US-East (EWR) datacenter for the duration of this maintenance. - Automatic Traffic Rerouting: For those who have configured their DNS to use SRV and NAPTR records, traffic will be redirected to our alternative datacenters during the maintenance window. - Manual Traffic Redirection: If you prefer, you can proactively reroute your traffic away from our EWR zone prior to the maintenance. At the completion of this maintenance, shift traffic back to this zone.
